Beibei Wang

Vice President of Research, ADT Research, Rockville, MD, USA

Beibei Wang received her B.S. (with highest honors) in electrical engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China in 2004, and her M.S. and Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park, in 2008 and 2009, respectively. She began her career at Qualcomm Corporate R&D before joining Origin AI in 2015 (acquired by ADT in 2026), where she now serves as Vice President of Research. Her research transforms ubiquitous Wi-Fi infrastructure into commercial sensing platforms addressing health monitoring, fall detection, child-presence safety, and home security. She is an IEEE Fellow for contributions to wireless sensing and cognitive communications, and a recipient of the 2025 IEEE Sensors Council Technical Achievement Award and the 2025 IEEE ComSoc Fred W. Ellersick Prize.

Pu (Perry) Wang

Lead Research Scientist, Mitsubishi Electric Research Laboratories (MERL), Cambridge, MA, USA

Pu (Perry) Wang is a Lead Research Scientist at MERL in Cambridge, MA. In 2025, he was an Academic Visitor to the Department of Computer Science, University of Oxford, UK. His research focuses on radar perception, wireless sensing, signal processing, Bayesian inference, deep learning, and their industrial applications. He received the IEEE Jack Neubauer Memorial Award from the IEEE Vehicular Technology Society in 2013 and the IEEE 802.11bf (WLAN Sensing) Contributor Award from the IEEE 802.11 Working Group in 2025. He served as a Senior Area Editor for IEEE Signal Processing Letters and an Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing.

Chenshu Wu

Director, HKU AIoT Lab; Associate Professor, University of Hong Kong

Chenshu Wu is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Hong Kong, where he directs the HKU AIoT Lab. He received his B.E. and Ph.D. degrees from Tsinghua University, and previously served as Chief Scientist of Origin Wireless. His research focuses on wireless and mobile AIoT, and his work on Wi-Fi sensing has been deployed in award-winning commercial products worldwide. He is the recipient of the IEEE Communications Society Fred W. Ellersick Prize, the IEEE ICEdge AIoT Rising Star Award (2025), and the NSFC Excellent Young Scientists Fund (Hong Kong and Macau).
