Wireless and Ambient Sensing AI (WASAI): Algorithms, Models, and Applications

Workshop Program

The half-day workshop will feature invited talks by leading experts, contributed paper presentations, and a panel discussion. The detailed schedule will be announced once the contributed papers are selected.

Invited Talks (Tentative)

Dr. Ashish Pandharipande (Technical Director, NXP Semiconductors, Netherlands)

Radar Sensing for Mobile Robotics

Prof. Andrew Markham or Dr. Sangyun Shin (Oxford University, UK)

Multi-Sensor Perception and Understanding

Dr. Steve Blandino (Research Scientist, NIST, US)

RF Digital Twin or Millimeter-Wave Wi-Fi Sensing and Synthesis

Prof. Fadel Adib (Professor, MIT)

RF NLOS Sensing

Panel Discussion

Is Wireless Sensing Ready for Real-World Deployment?

A moderated panel bringing together 3–4 panelists spanning academia, industry, and standards bodies to engage with the standardization-to-product gap and cross-domain generalization challenges. Panelists will include contributors to the IEEE 802.11bf standardization effort and maintainers of community wireless sensing benchmarks.

Contributed Papers

The workshop features an open call for contributed papers, peer-reviewed through the ICASSP workshop paper management system. Accepted papers will be published in IEEE Xplore. See the Home page for submission deadlines and topics of interest.
